A cada pedido confirmado se añadirán gastos de gestión de 1,00 €. Este importe se muestra antes de finalizar el pedido. Los gastos cubren tareas como la recogida y revisión de los artículos, el montaje de fijaciones (si se solicita), el embalaje de los productos y el etiquetado del paquete.
Información de envío
Hay diferentes opciones de entrega. Los gastos de envío son diferentes para cada país.
Para el envío a islas pagas costes adicionales además de los costes de envío estándar. Estos costes adicionales no son reembolsables en caso de devolución.

Cuando elijas Express Express, ten en cuenta que en el caso de devolución, no se reembolsará la cantidad abonada para la entrega exprés.
1. Recibirás un código de Track & Trace por correo electrónico para seguir tu paquete.
2. Aconsejamos hacer los pedidos a tiempo en el mes de diciembre; para los transportistas este es un mes muy ajetreado. Puede ocurrir que los tiempos de entrega sean más largos de lo normal. No tenemos influencia en esto.
3. El tiempo de entrega de los esquís es de 3-7 días hábiles. No es posible la entrega de esquís en tienda de paquetería.
4. Si un artículo ya no está disponible, por el motivo que sea, recibirás un mensaje. Recibirás el importe ya pagado de vuelta a la cuenta con la que se realiza el pago del pedido.
5. Los gastos de devolución corren a cargo del cliente (más información en la página de "Servicio al Ciente").
6. Entregas exentas de IVA fuera de la UE
SkiWebShop no cobra IVA en pedidos con una dirección de entrega fuera de la Unión Europea. Sin embargo, es posible que tenga que pagar los gastos de importación de los productos que ha encargado. Estos gastos están determinados por las aduanas locales. SkiWebShop no tiene influencia sobre esto. Por este motivo, SkiWebShop no se responsabiliza por dichos gastos y no podemos ayudarlo tampoco con las tasas e impuestos. In the case of return, all customs related charges remain at the customer's expense.
7. VAT refund
SkiWebShop does not provide the service of VAT refund to the customers, who order to an address within EU and then export their purchase outside of the EU. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any support in this matter.
